(tun) ЄDWARD'.VI:D'.G'.AGL'.FRA'.Z:ҺIB'.RЄX: Crowned and draped bust of Edward VI facing slightly to left; to left, rose; to right, value XII. Rev. (tun) POSVI - DЄV'. A - DIVTOR - Є':mЄV': Coat of arms over long cross fourchée. North 1938. SCBC 2482. Beautifully toned and with a fine portrait. Tiny marks, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.

From the Rodney Driver Collection, privately acquired from Numismatic Fine Arts (Edward Gans) in May 1961 (with collector's ticket and dealer's flip), and from the Richard Cyril Lockett Collection, Glendining, 11th-17th October 1956, 1913 (part of).
